We offer our customers guaranteed satisfaction. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your merchandise 60 days from when the item was delivered.

SWEDEN RETURNS/ EXCHANGES

We want to make your shopping experience the best it can be. That’s why we’ve made a FREE return option for our SWEDEN customers.
A 50 SEK fee will be deducted from the refund amount to cover the cost of the return shipping associated with the Return Label and QR Code. This is a one-time fee per order, not per item.

EU RETURNS/ EXCHANGES

A 5 EUR fee will be deducted from the refund amount to cover the cost of the return shipping associated with the Return Label and QR Code. This is a one-time fee per order, not per item.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS/ EXCHANGES

  • If the return was due to an error of ours (for example, the item you received is defective), we will accept responsibility for all shipping costs related to the return.
  • If the return is not due to an error of ours (i.e. you ordered it and then decided later on that you don't want it), the buyer accepts full responsibility for all shipping costs.
  • It can take 3-5 business days for the payment to show on your account (depending on your financial institution) after the refund has been processed.

  • Please allow 3-4 days processing time once your item(s) have arrived back at our warehouse.
  • Once processed, you will receive an email with the details of your refund or store credit information. The items will be inspected and accepted if they meet our conditions listed below.

NOTES:

  • All items must be unworn with all tags attached and no noticeable odors. All items sent that do not follow these guidelines will require the customer to pay for a label for us to reship the hoodie back, so please ensure your item meets these guidelines before trying to return it.
  • Clearance items are not eligible for returns and exchanges
  • We are unable to provide pre-paid return shipping labels for customers outside of Sweden/EU at this time
